Who is eligible to Purchase WIDA Assessments 
  • WIDA Screener Paper for grades 1-12 and WIDA MODEL for grades K-12 may be purchased by U.S. schools and international schools that teach a full curriculum with English as the language of instruction. WIDA Screener Paper for Kindergarten is available only to U.S. public schools in WIDA Consortium states and territories.
  • WIDA assessments are not available to tutoring organizations, parents of students, or other individuals who are not employed at an eligible school.  
How can I check my member status?
Member status is determined by the location and type of school where you are employed. WIDA Member  status applies to U.S. public schools in WIDA Consortium states and territories.
How do I receive the correct member pricing?
The correct pricing is applied automatically based on the location and school selected.
If you are an individual purchasing for your own use, please select "Other" after selecting the state.
Do I need an account for the WIDA Store?
No, an account is not needed. Select Step 1 and proceed as a guest. After placing an order, you will receive an email with instructions on creating an account for future orders.
Why can't I log into my account?
It is likely that the last time you visited the website you used a "guest" account. If you tried using the "log in" option, it will not work. Select Step 1 and proceed as a guest. 
How can I create an account?
You will be able to create an account and save your contact information for future orders after you submit the first online order linked to your email address. 
I have an account for the WIDA Store but I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click the Forgot your password link on the Log In page.
I have an account for the WIDA Secure Portal. Do I use the same log in?
The WIDA Store is a separate site from the WIDA Secure Portal.
What information is saved if I create an account?
Your  membership status, tax exempt status, order history, and shipping address(es) will be saved. You may update your account information at any time.
